Return Process

Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
